My Sumrell's

If it hadn't been for the Sumrells, I wouldn't have had a family. My Grandmother Ethel Bruner Page married Joe Bob Sumrell when I was about 2. He already had three grown boys and a daughter moving right along so I had one aunt and three uncles all at once. Two of the boys lived afar, but I got to know and love my Uncle Gene and Aunt June. Grandpa Joe was the only real grandpa I had. I loved him dearly and I cherish my memories of him.

Aunt June is the glue of the family. She hosts a family reunion every year in Dallas and is the focal point for all things family. What a wonderful person!
